This is what is written on the ONCE UPON A STAMP website, and I placed an order for 4 of the Grand Nestabilities dies made by SPELLBINDERS on Monday and received them today minus the bonus offer.. I emailed them to let them know I never received the magnetic mats, to which they replied " This offer only applies to the normal dies offer which is 4 for £59 , it does not apply to the grand dies." Now as I read the offer which is stated under the A4 nested dies, no where does it state that it only applies to the smaller dies, so i have emailed them back about this.............now am I right or wrong on this? YOU DECIDE

Donna i think your right, it just says with every four Spellbinders Dies and doesn't mention that is only for the regular dies.

Big or small, they say *spellbinders dies* you ordered spellbinders dies, it does not state any die size requirement simply an order size requirement, if they do not agree to send you the bonus then you are within your rights as a consumer to forward the matter to trading standards for investigation under the sale of goods act - misrepresentation.

You are right, and I'd be complaining too if I'd taken them up on that offer. I think if you threat to take it to trading standards, they should see sense. If I were you I'd tell them you've blogged about it, they would hate the bad publicity. Hugs lin

Girl, take them on, you have the written piece, there is no way they can deny and nowhere that it is stated ....'only on......'........... sooooooo, that means they must send you the bonus!!!

The title of the piece says A4 Nested dies that would confirm the grand size I would have though totally incorrect advertising and I would look at the consumer laws :)

I think you are right! I don't see anything that says that you don't get the mats with the grand. This promo is very deceiving.
It actually says if you buy two grand or A4 Go Kreate or 4 ordinary dies, that you will receive a magnetic mat, it looks as if your entitled to 4 A4 mats, what a lot of stinkers, go for it love. hugs Shirleyxxxxx

they took your money and you are entitled to the offer, when they accepted your payment they are obliged to give you what you paid for and what they had on offer

The nerve of them to actually email you back and said you are not entitled to the magnetic matts!!
I would point out that by buying the grand nesties you actually spent more money than the normal ones... for that they should give you 4 matts!

A total disgrace and a blatant miscommunication on their part!
Even if they had said the wording was wrong but as a gesture of goodwill they would send you the mats.That would have been the end of it!
They obviously forget we crafters talk and stick together too!

It is false advertising even if it was a mistake on theur part with the wording - accept responsibility for your mistakes - far too many companies just get away with too much amd us customers suffer!
